o As a Showcase Cinemas employee, you are required to work during our peak business times (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays, etc.) and you will generally be required to be available during these periods.

o Cinema Staff positions include Box Office Cashier, Concession Attendants and Usher (must be flexible to cross train)!

o Must be age 16+

Box Cashier

Greet customers in a friendly manner, sell box office products including admission tickets, gift cards and loyalty programs, provide information on movie times and show summaries and explain various cinema programs including reserved seating, loyalty, event cinema and premium formats.

Concession

Greet customers in a friendly manner and sell concession items while utilizing up-selling and suggestive sales techniques necessary for maximizing sales and explain various cinema programs including reserved seating, loyalty, event cinema and premium formats.

Usher

Maintain high visibility throughout the cinema while ensuring our customers are provided with a secure, safe, comfortable, enjoyable, and entertaining movie going experience and explain various cinema programs including reserved seating, loyalty, event cinema and premium formats.
