Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
+ 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
+ 2 years of telecommunications experience.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
+ 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
+ 4 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
+ 3 years of people management experience with direct reports, and in technical leadership.
+ Experience with mobile operators and navigating carrier relationships.
+ Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
In this role, you will drive the future of messaging, leveraging your understanding of carrier ecosystems and telephony to solve technical challenges. Your initial focus will be on projects such as enabling RCS over non-terrestrial networks and scaling the ability to text (RCS) with 911 emergency services. Over time, you will expand your scope to manage critical infrastructure components.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Define and drive the product goals and strategy for RCS infrastructure, focusing on reliability, scalability, and innovation.
+ Lead the development and launch of new features and capabilities related to RCS over satellite networks and RCS for emergency services (911).
+ Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, and partner teams to translate product requirements into detailed specifications and execute on the product roadmap.
+ Build and maintain relationships with carrier partners to ensure seamless integration and interoperability of RCS services.
+ Understand carrier network architectures, telephony protocols, and regulatory requirements related to messaging.
