Description We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to manage and oversee all aspects of our clients payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction payroll, including certified payroll reporting and compliance with industry-specific regulations.​ Key Responsibilities + Process weekly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.​ + Manage certified payroll reporting in accordance with Davis-Bacon and prevailing wage requirements.​ + Maintain and update employee payroll records, including timekeeping, deductions, and benefits.​ + Coordinate with project managers and HR to ensure accurate job costing and labor allocation.​ + Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and reports.​ + Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.​ + Stay current with changes in labor laws and payroll regulations affecting the construction industry.​ Requirements + Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience in the construction industry.​ + Proficiency in certified payroll processes and reporting. + Strong understanding of prevailing wage laws and union agreements.​ + Experience with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Sage, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.​ + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.​ + Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
