**Job Description:**
The Sr. Credit Products Manager in Dealer Financial Services is accountable for helping to design and deliver credit solutions and for underwriting, structuring and negotiating these solutions at the market level. The Sr. CPM leads a team of portfolio management officers and analysts who provide credit structuring, underwriting and monitoring expertise. Dealer Financial Services supports the financial needs of publicly and privately held franchised automobile dealers, our credit product suite includes floor plan funding for inventory, real estate term loans, acquisition /expansion financing, as well as derivative products (interest rate swaps) and a full spectrum of Treasury Management products and services. The Sr. CPM partners closely with client-facing teammates in both the Global Investment Bank and Global Commercial Bank to consult on sales opportunities, and provide the product expertise and consultation necessary to deliver the best possible solution to the client. The Sr. CPM will be responsible for highly complex portfolios with multiple businesses in the Western Region of the US.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Leads monitoring, compliance and initial underwriting activities for Dealer Financial Services team.
+ Manages a team of 12+ associates.
+ Develops and maintains strong cross functional partnerships with Market Executives, Treasury Solutions Managers, Leasing Managers, and Risk Management and others to ensure that strategic business objectives for the market are realized.
+ Develops strategies, processes and plans that enable the team to help clients meet their business goals while achieving the bank's goals.
+ Deepens client satisfaction by driving consistent execution of the Client Management Process.
+ Responsible for associate development and selection of new team members, arranging appropriate training, managing performance, and identifying and addressing obstacles to ensure the team's success. Coaching team members and partners to improve performance is a key requirement and component of the team's success

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Must have 10 + years of experience in Commercial Credit analysis, underwriting, structuring and portfolio management.
+ Must have proven leadership skills.
+ Knowledge of complex credit structures.
+ Strong understanding of sales organizations and sales processes.
+ Champion change and ensure changes are effectively implemented.
+ Able to establish and maintain collaborative partnerships.
+ Demonstrates strong teaming behavior that creates win-win solutions that build trust.
+ Able to drive integration among multiple partners and functions.
+ Demonstrates deep and broad business acumen.
+ Able to influence executive management and provide thought leadership across the organization.
