We are in search of a meticulous HR Administrator to become a part of our team based in Tampa, Florida. As an HR Administrator, you will primarily be responsible for administrative tasks such as processing background checks, maintaining HR documents, and providing support in compensation matters.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the process to generate and track employee incentive plans.
- Accurately maintaining files to ensure that the organization's business intelligence and data analysis software produces precise commission and bonus reports.
- Assisting with the scanning and organizing of personnel documents.
- Responding to general inquiries related to the HR department, including compensation support inquiries.
- Processing and monitoring all background checks and pre-employment drug testing.
- Managing mail distribution within the HR department.
- Managing the process of quarterly random drug testing and monitoring all results.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in the HR field, preferably in the construction/contractor industry
- Proficiency in Campus Recruiting and College Recruiting
- Strong skills in Onboarding new employees
- Ability to effectively conduct and manage Drug Screens
- Advanced knowledge and application of Excel Formulas
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Must possess a strong attention to detail
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions.
