**Job Title: Quality Inspector**
**Job Description**
We are looking for a Quality Technician to monitor and improve the quality of our operational processes and outputs. The Quality Technician's responsibilities include upholding quality standards, inspecting materials, equipment, processes, and products, following quality control systems, and determining corrective actions. You will also work with the Quality Engineer and supervisors to meet quality standards.
**Responsibilities**
+ Follow quality standards.
+ Follow quality control systems.
+ Consistently identify mistakes across thousands of inspections.
+ Closely follow quality standards, document data, and report issues.
+ Perform tests and use measurement tools to evaluate product quality.
+ Monitor and analyze quality performance.
+ Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
+ Collaborate with the Quality Engineer and Supervisors to maintain controls and improvements.
+ Investigate and troubleshoot product or production issues.
+ Work with the Quality Engineer to develop corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
**Essential Skills**
+ Quality control
+ Experience with calipers
+ Quality inspection
+ Visual inspection
+ Quality check
+ Experience in the medical device industry
+ Quality assurance
+ Experience with micrometers
+ Final inspection
+ Understanding of quality standards
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Experience in quality in a manufacturing environment
+ Steel Toe or Composite Shoes
+ 2+ years of experience in quality systems, quality assurance, or a similar role preferred
+ Knowledge of ISO 9001 preferred

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
