As the Human Resources Generalist at Thorne Crest Senior Living, you'll perform a critical role in providing management of the Community HR department, including the interpretation and administration of policies, programs, and procedures in compliance with state and federal employment law as well as our mission and core values of ABHM. You'll also act as a liaison between the employees, community management team, and Home Office, in providing administration, counsel, and training for the best possible outcomes in support of the strategic intent of the organization.
