This position is to support the Office Manager and Operations Manager for a growing RIA firm! Job Description + Financial Reporting: Assist with QuickBooks entries, reconciliation, and financial reporting. + Payroll Duties: Support payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payments. + HR Support: Assist with onboarding, benefits administration, and general HR tasks. + Administration: Manage office supplies, scheduling, and general office upkeep. + IT Support: Provide basis technical troubleshooting and coordinate with IT vendors when necessary. + Special Projects: Support the Operations and Office Managers with ad-hoc projects on as needed basis.
