About the Role:

We are looking for 1-2 qualified Project Field Supervisors with 5-10 years of HVAC experience to oversee new construction projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage teams and ensure high-quality HVAC installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate new construction HVAC projects
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards
• Train and support field technicians
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members
• Maintain safety and quality compliance on job sites

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience, preferably in new construction
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
