NIGHT WAREHOUSE MANAGER
$50K TO $60K - depending on experience
North Las Vegas distribution company is seeking MOTIVATED and RELIABLE Night Warehouse Manager. The successful candidates will bring vast skills to our organization and at the same time, will learn a wide range of new skills and systems. This position requires a strong focus on workforce management, efficiency and safety, ensuring that all processes are properly executed.
**Responsibilities**
+ Plan, manage and coordinate the daily activities for the warehouse operations in accordance with warehouse standards and best practices.
+ Review daily pick tickets and distribute work flow to warehouse staff; meeting deadlines with fulfilling orders and loading trucks.
+ Have a strong focus on efficiency and safety, ensuring that all processes are accurately executed.
+ Responsible for compiling and analyzing warehouse statistics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
+ Perform inspections to ensure facility and equipment are operational.
+ Identify potential safety hazards and correct as necessary.
+ Develop and maintain good working relationships with the workforce.
+ Develop productive associates through training and coaching.
+ Assist and identify issues with inventory placement to ensure efficient space utilization and pick flows are maintained for productivity.
+ Ensure productivity goals are achieved and warehouse processes are optimally achieved.
+ Strategically manage the warehouse team in accordance with the company's policies and vision.
+ Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security.
+ Train, coach, and motivate employees.
+ Perform other duties and special projects.
**Qualifications**
+ 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a "case pick" distribution industry
+ A basic knowledge of government regulations pertaining to warehouse operations.
+ Knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
+ Understanding of Warehouse Management Systems.
+ Strong problem-solving skills.
+ Strong leadership and engagement skills.
+ Experience implementing processes and procedures.
