As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator who's organized, service-driven, and ready to be a key player in our installation department.

Job Overview

As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our installation operations-managing scheduling, creating job files, purchasing equipment, and keeping communication flowing smoothly between customers, vendors, installers, and the office. Your role is essential to ensuring that every job runs on time and our customers have a seamless, positive experience from start to finish.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation:

• $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience

What You'll Be Doing:

• Coordinate and maintain installation schedules for sold jobs
• Contact customers regarding scheduling updates, inspections, and project details
• Schedule subcontractors, order materials, and ensure job packets are complete
• Communicate daily with installers, field supervisors, vendors, and internal departments
• Ensure permits are pulled and inspections are completed on time
• Follow up on punch lists, finance paperwork, warranties, and rebates
• Return customer calls, resolve concerns, and send thank-you gifts/cards
• Help track job progress, sales reports, and customer satisfaction surveys
• Assist with inventory, job costing, and tool checkouts/returns
• Take incoming customer service calls as needed and support the front office

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, scheduling, or project coordination
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Advanced customer service and communication abilities
• Comfortable using computers and learning scheduling software
• Familiarity with Fayetteville and surrounding area or map-reading skills

Preferred (but not required):

• 3+ years of HVAC office or dispatching experience
• Proficiency with GPS/mapping tools
• Independent, detail-oriented, and energetic personality
