Pay: $19.00-24.00/hr

Primary Job Function: To install and provide service and maintenance on heating and air conditioning systems, Water Heaters to company standards providing the customer with high quality experience.

Work Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, with some weekends and evenings required

Essential Functions:

Qualifications/Experience

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Desire to learn and willingness to commit to learning a trade
• Mechanical experience or aptitude.
• Integrity and strong core values
• Goal oriented
• Ability to work hours which may include evenings and weekends
• Professional appearance and demeanor to reflect well on the trade and business
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Be self driven to provide exemplary service.
• Willingness to work in extreme conditions such as cold, wet, hot, confined space
• Be able to, without limitation:
  • Climb ladders, up to 20 feet in height.
  • Crawl under buildings through access points as small as 20 inches X 15 inches.
  • Work around house pets, including but not limited to, all Cat and Dog breeds.
  • Work in areas of restricted space such as attics.
  • Work for long periods in confined spaces
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the work place
