Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Inventory Clerk in the bustling locale of Paramus, New Jersey. The role is within the industry of Financial Services, where you'll be working with ERP Solutions, among other technologies. Responsibilities: - Perform auditing tasks to ensure accuracy of inventory records - Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning software for efficient management of resources - Operate software such as ADP - Financial Services, Cerner Technologies, and Epic Software to aid in inventory control - Carry out clerical duties as needed to maintain a well-organized and efficient workplace - Answer inbound calls, providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries - Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of charts and graphs related to inventory status - Monitor customer accounts and respond with appropriate action when necessary - Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency - Maintain the integrity of customer credit records - Use the 'About Time' software for effective time management and task prioritization.
