About the Role:
We're looking for a multi-talented Customer Service Representative to join our office team! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, stays organized, and knows how to deliver top-notch customer care while juggling multiple responsibilities.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay Range: $19.00 to $25.00 an hour, depending on experience
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, with occasional after-hours/weekend responsibilities during peak times

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls, assist customers, and schedule HVAC service appointments
- Dispatch technicians efficiently based on availability, priority, and location
- Track jobs and technician progress throughout the day
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Make outbound calls and send follow-ups related to collections and unpaid invoices
- Maintain accurate and organized records using our internal systems
- Collaborate with service managers and field techs for smooth daily operations
- Provide billing support and help resolve customer account issues
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (phone etiquette is a must!)
- Experience in dispatching, customer service, or billing/collections (HVAC or trades preferred)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with great time management and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of office software (and CRM platforms is a plus)
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
