Responsibilities: - Oversee the enhancement of the ERP system, ensuring all project requests are accurately documented and prioritized. - Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to gather clear and actionable requirements for enhancements. - Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring accurate effort estimates and cost/benefit analysis. - Establish clear communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, changes in scope, delays, and key milestones. - Continuously evaluate and improve internal project management processes to enhance team productivity. - Proactively identify risks and obstacles that could impact project timelines or quality and work with the team to mitigate these risks. - Maintain transparent communication within the IT team and with business stakeholders, keeping everyone informed of progress, challenges, and updates. - Track project progress, prepare status reports, and provide clear documentation on project performance, including post-project evaluations and lessons learned. - Collaborate with external vendors for system integrations or development work when necessary, ensuring deliverables meet expectations. Requirements - Minimum of 3 years experience as a Project Manager in a technology-focused role. - Proficient in using Atlassian Jira for project management and tracking. - Experience with CRM systems for customer relationship management. - Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems to manage and integrate the business processes. - Demonstrable skills in Change Management to guide and manage the human side of change to achieve the required business outcome. - Understanding of SDLC - Software Development Life Cycle to design, develop and test high quality software. - Experience in Project Life Cycle Management from initiation to closure. - Proficient in Project software for project planning, scheduling, and tracking. - Experience in managing critical infrastructure projects.
