**Summary:**
This Program Manager role focuses on the implementation of our Executive Development strategy and learning experiences. The team delivers best-in-class learning with specialization and speed, building leadership skills that enable our executive leaders to solve the most critical business problems.
**Required Skills:**
Program Manager, Executive Development Responsibilities:
1. Build and manage the system that ensures we deliver on key priorities, programs, and the Executive Development strategy
2. Partner with Subject Matter Experts, partners and vendors to build, deliver, optimize, and measure learning that supports our Executive Development strategy
3. Develop and manage dynamic project plans while applying a systems-thinking approach to successfully build learning solutions in multiple modalities
4. Build relationships and influence key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional partners
5. Understand and apply program strategies to decision-making and proposals, optimizing and making recommendations on program changes as needed
6. Develop and ensure consistent operating procedures are in place for programs and are understood across cross-functional partners
7. Deliver seamless, impactful in-person experiences for executive leaders and teams
8. Communicate and liaise effectively with key stakeholders including vendors and cross-functional partners - includes developing communication plans, go-to-market plans, change management strategies and responding to business needs
9. Develop and execute measurement strategies to assess efficacy of programs including standardized reporting to deliver insights to partners, advising on program improvements
10. Jump in and quickly manage evolving priorities, in addition to planning and executing special projects and events as needed
**Minimum Qualifications:**

11. 8+ years of experience developing and executing business and/or learning solutions
12. 4+ years of program/project management experience
13. Experience with leading multiple simultaneous cross-functional and company-wide projects with proven project management methodologies and tools
14. Entrepreneurial multi-tasker who can be highly efficient with ambiguity and complexity
15. Experience thinking strategically and acting operationally while managing ambiguity, risk and changing direction of projects and strategies
16. Experience developing and delivering communications
17. Experience with managing and analyzing data
18. Fluent in Microsoft and Google Suite

**Public Compensation:**
$143,000/year to $208,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
