• 2+ years of experience as a service advisor for an independent auto repair shop or dealership
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

As a Vehicle Service Advisor, your focus is on supporting efficient auto repair operations and providing terrific customer service. You're the point of contact for clients, and you speak with them about their needs. During vehicle intake, you conduct thorough walk-around inspections, identify maintenance needs, and upsell additional services while demonstrating the importance of scheduling the work. You communicate with clients and technicians to keep our shop running smoothly, seamlessly sharing information between parties.
