AROCON Roofing & Construction is looking for a hard-working, dependable Assistant Roof Tune-Up Technician to join our fast-growing team. Whether you're just starting out or ready to grow a career in the trades, we provide the training, tools, and team support you need to succeed.

You'll work side-by-side with experienced technicians and learn the ropes of professional roof maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs. This is your chance to build a long-term career in an essential industry-with a company that's got your back.

🔧 What You'll Do:

• Assist lead techs with routine maintenance and tune-ups on residential asphalt roofs

• Set up ladders, tools, and safety gear at job sites

• Follow strict safety protocols (PPE provided)

• Spot and report common roof issues like leaks, damaged shingles, or clogged gutters

• Keep job sites clean and organized

• Communicate clearly with your team and supervisors

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Comfortable working at heights and in all types of weather

• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform repetitive tasks

• Basic knowledge of tools or construction materials a plus (we'll train you!)

• Dependable, on-time, and detail-oriented

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

• Must be safety-conscious and able to follow OSHA guidelines

• Prior experience in roofing, construction, or general labor helpful but not required

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn are a must!
